By accessing or using the 3 Click Claw platform ("Service") operated by HerzensApp GmbH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
3 Click Claw provides managed AI assistant instances that connect to messaging platforms. Each user receives an isolated, containerized instance with a custom subdomain. We handle infrastructure, updates, and maintenance on your behalf.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. AI credits included in your plan are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation, send spam or unsolicited messages, harass or harm others, distribute malware or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances, exceed reasonable usage limits intended to disrupt the Service, or use AI models in ways that violate the respective model provider's usage policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the Service. In case of payment failure, a 7-day grace period is provided before suspension. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HerzensApp GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Graz, Austria.
