HerzensApp GmbH ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 3 Click Claw platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, including your email address, password (stored as a secure hash), chosen subdomain, and billing information. We also collect usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps of interactions with our Service.
We use essential cookies (session and authentication) that are always active and do not require consent. Additionally, with your consent, we use: visitor analytics (tracking page visits, referrer, screen size, and language) and Endorsely affiliate tracking. Non-essential tracking only activates after you give consent via our cookie banner.
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy), Resend for transactional emails, Endorsely for affiliate tracking (only with your consent), and cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. We also route AI model requests through providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Mistral on your behalf — your prompts and responses are processed but not stored by us beyond what is necessary for metering and billing.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records). Your AI conversation data is stored within your isolated instance and is deleted when your instance is terminated.
